     On May 17th, Jean Monnet EU Centre had the third workshop for the SPEAC Network Project. As the previous workshop did, the seminar proceeded online. Renowned EU scholars from Sweden, Poland, and Germany participated to discuss the future direction of our publications. The publications, consisting of a monograph and a special issue, will address EU-Asia connectivity from different perspectives; geopolitics, sustainability, digital technology, and trade and investment. Starting from this workshop, KIEP is joining our project as a partner organization.

     The workshop went smoothly. In the first three sessions, researchers presented their research plans and draft papers moderated by prof. Sunghoon Park from Korea University. For every presentation, engaging discussions and sincere comments followed. In the fourth session, we discussed the managerial issues of the project and the plans for the next workshop.
