Dr. Dong-Hee Joe presented about empirical evidence concerning how the KOREA-EU FTA has improved economic connectivity between the two parties. Their research has a chapter about inclusion of trade and sustainable development. Using such case shows how labor standards between the two parties have become more similar than before. Econometric analysis of Korea-EU FTA’s impact on bilateral trade reveals a positive effect in trade value.
