Physical Activity and Health: Sport in Europe

In the fifth meeting of EUS, Nomin’s presentation topic was about physical activity and health in Europe. The presenter provided interesting facts about the impact of sport on people’s physical and mental health, both in general terms and in Europe in particular. Nomin had also prepared short tests and quizzes for members to quickly check their current physical health and find types of sports that might suit them. In addition, she introduced statistics showing the current state of physical health and activity in different European countries. The presentation was followed by members exchanging their opinions on the importance of sports activities and (un)healthy beauty standards around the world, concluding that healthy looks are highly specific to the individual.
