Presentation about Serbia's Accession to the EU

On Wednesday, September 15th, EU Society hosted its first official offline meeting of 2021 Fall semester. President Vanessa did a brief introduction to the EU Society followed by self-introduction time of the members. We were able to get to know each other better. As classes were held online, it was great to see each other in person. In the second half of the session, there was a presentation about Serbia's Accession to the EU by Aleksandra Mihajlovic. Many of us were not familiar with Sebia's history and background, so it was interesting to learn about Serbia and the what the country has been going through in terms of their international relations. The presenter also brought items from Seriba which was good to see and touch. EU Society members had an enthusiastic discussion about Serbia's position in Europe.
