In the summer of 2022, the Jean Monnet EU Centre of Excellence opened a summer course, <European Economics.> The course is for undergraduate students of Korea University. The main objective of the course is to introduce the economics of the European Union and the problems caused by EU integration process. The course is taught by various scholars who are the experts on EU-related issues. Two Jean Monnet Chairs of Korea University, Professor Jae-Seung Lee and Professor Sunghoon Park will also take part in the programme. Professor Sae Won Chung from Pukyong National University and Dr. Heungchong Kim from Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP) are to present students with crucial issues relevant to European Economics. Other distinguished guests, the current and former diplomats, will be invited to give an insightful talk on the ongoing issues.

The lectures will be held both online and offline due to the lecturers schedules.
