Session 1 

As the first session of the Summer School course sponsored by KU Jean Monnet EU Centre, Professor Lee introduced the course outline and the objectives of the course. Students made introductions about their majors and interests. Due to the rapidly changing current geopolitics in the Europe due to the war in Ukraine, a lot of issues in Europe is gaining more attentions. Political economy of Europe is impacting the world. The rising competition with China impacts not only the EU but also South Korean economy, which is the reason we should keep the interests in the political economy of Europe.
