Moderated by Professor Sung-Hoon Park, the two scholars debated the future of the European Union with a specific focus on Korea-EU relations. The panelists exchanged their views on the EU’s major achievements and crisis management. The lecture mainly covered the EU’s role as a global norm-setter and the possible changes after the Brexit. In the end, both panelists stressed the importance of Korea-EU strategic partnership and their hope for students’ continued interest in European studies. Despite the Covid-19, many students attended the lecture, and enthusiastically discussed the topic issues with the speakers.
