In the thirteenth session, Professor Yoon offered an empirical case study about the EU's cultural policy. 

Her lecture mainly covered the European Capital of Culture and its influence on European cultural identity. 

The professor stressed the ECOC(the European Capital of Culture)'s role as a building-block of EU citizens' solidarity.
