Noguera presented her research plan on EU-Asia digital connectivity.
Since the dawn of Covid-19, digital technologies have become deeply ingrained in people's daily lives.
Under this context, her study will examine the digital policies of EU-Asia Connectivity and their impact on EU's Northeast Asian partners, mostly China, Japan, and South Korea.
