On December 18-19 2019, EU Centre hosted the kick-off meeting for the Jean Monnet Network Project SPEAC. The project title is “Establishing Europe-Asia Research Network on Strategies for Promoting Europe-Asia Connectivity.” Partner researchers from Uppsala University (Sweden), University of Bochum (Germany), Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (Poland), and Nanyang Technical University (Singapore) joined this meeting. On the first day, we had an overview session about the project objectives and action plans. On the 19th, we discussed project administration, including budget and funding. Afterwards, we talked about different topics of EU-Asia connectivity to prepare the special issue and monograph, our upcoming publications.
