 On 30 April, Mr David Kral, the director of Foreign Policy Analysis and Planning Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Czech Republic, gave a special lecture on Central European states and their relations with the European Union and NATO. At the lecture entitled, "Central European Countries: Role of V4 and Their Cooperation within the EU and NATO", Mr. Kral offered both his expert opinion as a career diplomat from a Central European country and as a scholar of political science. Mr Kral introduced the history of the cooperation among the Visegrad countries and offered his insight into the future development of the relationship.
