Dinkar Khullar (Former Ambassador to the European Union and Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs) came to Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) for a special lecture on 25 September 2017. The lecture was delivered under the title of “India-EU Free Trade Agreement: Process, Issues, Prospects”. Mr. Khullar shared constructive opinions and enjoyable moments with the audience.
