On 17 March, as part of the NCRE Public Seminar Series "Europe 2017: New Challenges, New Beginnings" NCRE invited Professor Ben O'Loughlin.

Ben O’Loughlin (DPhil Oxon) is Professor of International Relations and Co-Director of the New Political Communication Unit at Royal Holloway, University of London. Ben is currently working with the British Council and Goethe Institute to compare how cultural relations can ease security tensions in transition societies. He is also completing a book on the role of strategic narratives in the 2015 Iran Deal. See newpolcom.rhul.ac.uk/npcu-blog. 

He gave a lecture titled "Disinformation and Ukraine: The Competing Strategic Narratives of the EU, NATO and Russia".Ben O'Loughlin's talk was followed by Q&A and open discussions.
