Dear all NEAR friends,

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) invited Kanwal Sibal as a guest speaker on 15 November 2017. Mr. Sibal was a former ambassador to France and Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs. With the title of “India and Europe: Perceptions and Misperceptions”, he addressed interesting and important concerns related to India and Europe. Many students attended the lecture and enthusiastically discussed the topic issues with the speaker.
