-The 2017 Federal Election and after tells us that system of connecting by symbols the politics and the society contributed in the past to strengthening of trust in democracy but that it does not work like that any more. -Former forms of organized political parties are not sustainable any More even in Europe. -Since this is not the result of incapacity of or negligence by politicians, it is not sufficient to criticize political parties by demanding that they should be reinforced or they should indicate coherent ideologies. -The European democracies have always been fruits of sequences of experiments. -It is better not to seek for some universally ideal recipe but to discuss “democratization” or “democratic reform” under certain conditions. |
