-The EU has been struggling to tackle the problems of refugees and immigrants. -Possibility is becoming high that the UK might get out of the EU without any agreement. -As regards external relations, the EU is facing trade war with the US and confrontation with Russia and the EU’s relation with China has been changing as well. -Problems of the EU have been suggested, such as neo-liberal integration method, Monnet methodology’s faults, insufficient care for social cohesion between MSs, etc. -To label people who are against the present EU policy as anti-EU populists as a whole might be another problem. |
