-Only the EU is a system to realize protection of Europe as a unity. -As measures to counter refugees and terrorism, the EU has created EBCG and strengthened Frontex, etc. -Brexit has brought about shock to the MSs and awaken them. But theare aware that going backward would cost a lot. -Multi-speed Europe could be a solution for the time being: alliance of the willings (west and south European MSs) might go forward with further integration. -EU’s development is important for the western democratic state of the world. For the EU, Japan should stay a reliable liberal democracy. |
