1 200 years history of western dominated world order comes to an end. The pendulum of the balance of power is swaying back to East Asia with China at its center. 2 The Trump administration has done some nice things, but more damage to the democracy in the US and American foreign policy. 3 The Brexit has been a historical setback to the UK that might lead to the final fall apart of the country if Scotland votes to leave. 4 Major issues that the EU faces include but not limited to what EU will do in 2025, how anti-European dominant discourses will develop, and whether the future of European left will move back to left or center. 5 It has been good for China so far since Trump has cancelled TPP and expected China will help on North Korea issue. 6. The rule based international system is being challenged and we do not know what will be the next. |
