-The EU’s policy making process is in the situation where various domestic interests and party politics are intertwined. -In that situation the EU Commission, as bureaucratic system of the EU, has been pursuing policy realization through restrictive Reasonableness. -The EU Commission, at the same time as the aforementioned policy realization, has manipulated the concept of publicity. -This presentation analyses successes or otherwise and merits and demerits of the EU policy making process from 2000 to 2010. -The EU has been successful in economic policy areas and less in social policy areas. |
