Chang-beom Kim, the Ambassador-at-large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Belgium and Korean Mission to the European Union, with the title of "Navigating the European Union and the Future of Korea-EU Partnership."
