The special lecture will be co-hosted by Graduate Program for Area Studies (GPAS) and KU-KIEP-SBS EU Centre. Professor Martin Holland from University of Canterbury, New Zealand will give a lecture on "The European Union as a Development Actor-40 years of policy innovation: from trade preferences to the MDGs and beyond."
