Breaking the glass ceiling – views from European diplomacy and business
Ensuring women and men have equal opportunities in the workplace is essential in the creation of a fair society and competitive workforce. As Korea seeks to increase gender equality in employment, ambassadors and multinational CEOs from Europe will speak about their own careers and the policies and practices that contribute to gender equality.

Discussion moderated by Sohn Ji-ae, former CNN correspondent and CEO of Arirang News, with the Ambassador of Ireland, Angeal O'Donoghue, Ambassador of Austria, Elisabeth Bertagnoli, CEO of Bayer Korea Ingrid Drechsman, EU Political Counsellor Ana Beatriz Martins and Swedish Political Counsellor Mattius Chu followed by questions from the Floor.
