11/26 GPAS/FES Special Lecture by Dr. John J. Maresca

On 26 November, KU-KIEP-SBS EU Centre is hosting a GPAS/FES Special Lecture by Dr. John J. Maresca, who was the US Ambassador to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and served as Rector of the United Nations mandated University for Peace (UPEACE) in Costa Rica (until February 2013). He will share his view on "Negotiating for Peace – Learning from the Helsinki Experience" and discuss current issues in security.
