The Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, in collaboration with Penta Security, is pleased to announce the 2026 Global Business Development Internship (Cybersecurity).
This internship provides students and recent graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience in international business development, cybersecurity market research, and global partner engagement. Participants will contribute to real-world business development projects focused on the European and Middle East & North Africa (MENA) markets while developing valuable skills in market analysis, professional communication, and cross-cultural collaboration.
Position
Global Business Development Intern (Cybersecurity)
Main Responsibilities
Conduct cybersecurity market research across Europe and the MENA region.
Research cybersecurity regulations, government policies, and industry trends.
Prepare company, product, and market research materials.
Identify potential customers, distributors, technology partners, and strategic partners.
Prepare English business reports and presentation materials.
Support international outreach and global marketing activities.
Assist with various international business development projects.
Eligibility
Applicants should:
Possess professional working proficiency in English.
Have a strong interest in international business, cybersecurity, or global markets.
Demonstrate excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
Be able to commit to a six-month internship.
Students majoring in International Studies, Political Science, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Korean language proficiency is preferred but not required.
Internship Details
Duration: Six months
Work Arrangement: Primarily remote
Location: Weekly in-person meeting at Penta Security Headquarters (Yeouido, Seoul)
Working Hours: Flexible (to be arranged)
