We, the Jean Monnet EU Centre of Excellence at Korea University, were delighted to welcome the Shanghai International Studies University (SISU) delegation for a vibrant roundtable exploring how global partnerships are evolving in a rapidly changing world on May 11, 2026.
Bringing together Prof. Jae-Seung Lee, Prof. Seungho Lee, Prof. Dong Jung Kim, Prof. Jiang Feng, Prof. Jae-Ho Hwang, and Prof. Su Jingyu, the discussion tackled the future of multilateralism, EU–Korea security cooperation, the rise of populism, and the perception gap shaping China–Europe relations.
The exchange highlighted the value of open academic dialogue and cross-regional cooperation in navigating today’s complex geopolitical landscape. We look forward to continuing this collaboration and future conversations together!
