In the third session led by Professor Lee, students were introduced to the key agendas shaping contemporary Europe, with a focus on European politics, the economy, and society. The discussion began with an engaging overview of the Russia–Ukraine war and its implications for Europe’s security order, followed by transatlantic relations, migration and refugee issues, and major economic challenges facing Europe. The session also addressed emerging themes such as digital sovereignty and techno-politics, concluding with a broad understanding of the complex and evolving challenges confronting Europe today.
